A free one to one initial consultation provides an opportunity to meet and discuss your training goals, lifestyle and nutrition. The next session is a fit test, which involves recording your body measurements and an assessment of your posture, flexibility, strength and stamina. The results of this will be used to devise your individual, tailored training programme.

 

Health and fitness is paramount to achieving goals and key factors influencing success include motivation and commitment to training alongside good nutrition and crucially, enjoying your workout!

 

The studio comprises a range of equipment to ensure a variety of training, which includes cardio machines, free-weights and a power rack.  Training is on a one to one basis giving you complete privacy in a comfortable and contemporary environment overlooking views of open countryside, making your workout a real pleasure!
