I qualified in Advanced Personal Training (REPs Level 3) from Premier Global and became employed at a five star personal training club in London, synonymous with high profile individuals and celebrity clients. I am also a qualified Olympic weightlifting instructor, suspension trainer and sports massage therapist. I've been published in Running Fitness magazine Try A Tri and featured in a blog by Little Women Lingerie .
Everyone is a unique individual. I offer bespoke and progressive training to all clients based on my wealth of experience, which includes weight loss, rehabilitation after injury, muscle building and strength work to general improvement of cardiovascular health, fitness and well-being, enabling me to help you achieve your goals.
I won the title of Masters A European Biathle Champion (run / swim / run), representing Great Britain and winning the gold medal in Setubal, Portugal in July 2017. My other achievements include silver at the 2016 World Championships in Sarasota, Florida (after qualifying at the National Championships, where I won gold). At the 2017 World Championships in Viveiro, Spain I won the bronze individual, and as part of a team of 3 we won gold.
As a member of Charnwood Athletics Club and previously Leicester Triathlon Club, I have experience of competing in a variety of events (please see my gallery and Twitter page - @CatTinkerPT). In spring of 2019, I won the Leicestershire county 10,000m track senior county title. I've regularly competed and won team medals in the counties cross country races. In 2020, with my 2 team mates we won gold.
